Our Turtle Doves dress is a black and light blue skirt/dress. The skirt has an elastic waistband for maximal comfort when wearing it and it is covered in sequins. The straps are made in a soft light blue fabric with pink crinkled fabric ruffles. We have added pink birds to the straps - two turtle doves. The straps are adjustable and can also be fully removed - making it possible to only wear the skirt or add different straps, form some of our other dresses.
