pricing policy

Prices are shown in DKK. All prices include Danish VAT of 25%. Prices do not include service, payment and delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. Please note that this applies to ALL non-EU countries.

WAUW CAPOW reserves the right to change prices of the products. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout the process. We, however, take reservations for typing errors.

payment

Credit card:
We accept Visa, Dankort, Eurocard, MasterCard, and debit cards (Maestro and Visa Electron: please check with your bank to make sure your card is valid for online purchases). Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. The order amount will be held on your card once your order has been placed. Your card will be charged as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may reserve the money, meaning that you can't use it for a short period. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will simply cancel the transaction and there will be no need to process a refund.

Paypal:
You can choose to pay with a credit card or your already registered PayPal account. If you paid by PayPal, payment will usually be taken immediately. If you cancel your order before it is processed, we will refund you through your original payment method.

order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions, items can be out of stock. Should this happen you will be informed by e-mail.

shipping

Your tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation e-mail, so you can follow your order until it is delivered.

Your order will be dispatched within 1-4 workdays from the time you place your order. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail and the tracking number.

Your order will be shipped with Postnord or GLS.

The following shipping charges will be added to your order:

  • Shipping to GLS Access point: 40kr (free shipping to an access point, applies on orders over 800kr) 
  • Home delivery: 70kr 
  • Postnord Erhverv: 70kr

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quickly as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.

Returns

Wauw Capow accepterer gerne returneringer, men ikke længere end 14 dage fra modtagelsesdagen. Varerne skal være i deres originale, ubrugte og uvaskede tilstand og returneres med originale tags og emballage. Ved returnering skal du udfylde den modtaget returformular, og placere den i pakken. Hvis der ikke er nogen returformular eller note med ordrenummeret, kan vi desværre ikke refundere betalingen. Vi beder dig om at være opmærksom på, at det kan tage op til 14 arbejdsdage at behandle refunderingerne. Du er ansvarlig for returomkostningerne ved forsendelse og alle omkostninger.

Hvis du ønsker at returnere dit køb på vores afhentningssted, skal du blot følge disse nemme trin:

1. Pak de varer, som du gerne vil returnere. 

2. Udfyld returformularen, og placer den i din pakke. 

3. Lever pakken på Vesterfælledvej 61, 1750 København V, Danmark.

4. Når du har leveret pakken, refunderer vi beløbet til din konto indenfor 14 arbejdsdage.

5. Du modtager en e-mail om kvittering for refunderingen. 

Bemærk venligst, at afhentningsstedet ikke er en butik. men et kontor.

warranty claims

There is a 2 years warranty on all products sold on www.wauwcapow.com. This warranty covers manufacturing faults only, not wear and tear from regular use. Please contact us at shop@wauwcapow.com if you have a warranty claim, including order number, photos of the claim area and a description of the claim.

All your personal information is handled under strict confidence. Wauwcapow.com will never give any of your personal information to 3rd parties. All information is encrypted for safety.

For the safety of your personal information, we use SLL encryption on all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the padlock icon that appears in the URL line of your browser when SSL is activated.
